7/0.50 mm Tinned Copper Conductor, XLPE Insulated, Single Conductor Loop Detector Cable for Traffic Control.
Traffic loop detector cable is used in the road to detect the presence of a vehicle and then activate a remote access device such as a boom gate, door, traffic light or alarm. Often these cables are buried in slits cut in the road surface and then covered with a hot or cold setting compound. Garlands loop detector cable is XLPE based and suitable for use with both hot and cold setting compounds.
Loop detector cables are used to control vehicle access and form an integral part of a site wide security system.
Pair these cables with the loop feeder cable (refer MC7052JFSTD and MC7058JFSTD) to allow the detection loop to be connected to the control cabinet.
